Hydraulic Oil
Hydropc AW 32/68/100/150/220
IPOL Hydropac AW oils meeting ISO VG-15 to 150 requirements are blended using high viscosity index, chemically stable, virgin base oils and specially selected anti-wear, anti-oxidant, antirust and anti-foam additives.
Application: IPOL Hydropac AW oils are recommended for use in high pressure hydraulic systems (1000 psi and above) and also in systems where high speed actuations are desired. Such oils are extensively used in CNC and special purpose machines as also in positive displacement pumps Axle, Piston, Vain and gear tight. These can also be use in small gear boxes, compressors, chain drives and circulating oil systems machine tools etc. These are not recommended for lubrication of turbines and equipments having silver coated components. SPINDLE OIL

Spindles operating at high speeds are mostly found in the spinning and doubling frames of textile machinery and in the grinding machines of the engineering industry. High speed spindles have either plain or antifriction bearings. The lubrication of these high speed bearings is very critical in the sense, that unless an oil of the right viscosity at the operating temperature is used, accelerated wear & tear and massive power consumption would take place.

- IPOL SPINDLE OIL 2/5 has been primarily developed for the lubrication of high speed spindles of grinding machines with DN (mm x rpm) of 6,00,000 to 8,00,000.
- IPOL SPINDLE OIL 10/12 are generally recommended for the spindle lubrication of normally loaded textile spinning and doubling frames. It meets IS:493-P+II/93 specifications.
- IPOL SPINDLE OIL 15 is recommended for hydraulic application of precision machines and heavily loaded spindles of textile machinery operating at high ambient temperatures.

Spark Erosin Oil

Spark Erosion is one of the most modern methods used for manufacture of complex recessed parts viz, molds or dies. Sparks are generated between an electrode and the job, which is submerged in an insulating medium spark erosion oil. Spark erosion oil should have proper di-electric value, and also not creat a fire hazard.

Application: It is used as an insulating medium to ensure the eroded material is completed removed from the job, by controlling the rate of cooling correctly.

Hydraulic Oils at high pressures are employed to actuate mechanisms of mobile or stationery machines. Positive displacement pumps e.g. gear, vane or piston types are used for developing these pressures. The moving parts of these expensive pumps would wear out and not perform satisfactorily unless the right type of anti-wear hydraulic oil is used.
